|Connection to Food||
Together with Nicolas I am the co-founder of Roots Radicals.
I am a scientist with a Ph.D., a chef, and an artist, and although science and a Ph.D. may sound very academic (it is), it also has given me so many tools to be creative and to explore creativity with structure and research. I find creativity and collaboration a must in my life, and love to always be working in a multidisciplinary environment.
I follow strongly my intuition and love the new challenges life can bring me, feeling always confident those are the best places to grow as a person. My heart lies in food and culture, and now in Roots Radicals which speaks my true purpose. I truly believe in the power that food has to connect us back to nature and raise our awareness. I love human culture and find that many of the answers to the problems of our current food system can be found in the lost poetry of food preservation and handcrafting. Taking care of our food and our planet is taking care of our Selves as well, and when we can feel empowered to connect to this, we have it in us to move towards a better food system.
