Mango is a versatile partner to have in the kitchen. Sweet, or savory: it’s amazing every way you try it. So we decided to try it both ways and made a chutney! Taking our inspiration from the rich flavor profiles of Indian cuisine, we paired the sultry spice of freshly ground cardamom with the creamy sweetness of sun-ripened mangoes sourced responsibly from our partners at Gebana. The resulting chutney is a silky smooth flavor explosion that will take your taste buds on a world journey. Try it with a creamy blue cheese, mixed with yogurt for an Indian raita, or just grab a spoon and eat it out of the jar. Trust us: it’s that good!!

Roots Radicals is a zero waste, circular economy food company. From our mango chutney we use the mango peels to candy them and also the pits to make delicious mango-ginger beer for our workshops 🙂


Mango (65%), onion, water, vinegar, cane sugar, ginger, chilli, salt, lemon and cardamom (0,1%).  This is a vegan and gluten-free product.
