Beloved by the Incas for its sunny golden color and complex flavor, the Aji Amarillo chili pepper is characterized by notes of berry with a mild yet intense spice. In every Peruvian home, we find this chilli to set base for many of the delicious dishes that come from Perú. 

For our Roots Radicals Mango Habanero Hot Sauce we fermented first the habaneros to give this already distinctive pepper an extra layer of awesomeness.  With the mango, the sauce has the perfect balance of sweetness at the end – and for the hot sauce lovers: this one is H-O-T! And LIMITED. Only very few ones have been produced! Pair this hot sauce with any dish, use it for cooking to add an extra kick to your preparations. 

Roots Radicals is a zero waste, circular economy food company. We used the mango peels and candied them and the pits where fed to our ginger bug. Mangos were sustainably sourced from Gebana.


Ingredients. Mango, onion, vinegar, water, habanero, garlic, salt, xanthan. This is a vegan and gluten-free product.
