An all-natural vanilla extract made slowly and with love. We use Fair-Trade organic vanilla beans from Madagascar and slowly let them release all of their aromas into a 3-year-old Cuban Rum. Beans come submerged in the product. The longer the beans are submerged in the rum, the more vanilla is released into the extract! Ideal for baking but also goes great with savory dishes: add it to potato purées, pastries, cakes, cookies, tea, and more. Extra tip: add it to cocktails, for example, to make a “Vanilla Old Fashioned”.
