Roots Radicals Steamed Strawberries are only made during the peak of the season. They are regional organic strawberries softly steamed with vanilla and sugar. The strawberries release their own liquid to make a delicious syrup that later preserves them. The fruit remains whole and is perfect to eat on its own or accompanied by ice cream, in filling for pies or brownies. You can even use them to add a twist to salads and stews!
Roots Radicals is a zero-waste company that operates according to the principles of a circular economy. By-products of our Steamed Strawberries production are upcycled into our vinegar, strawberry kombucha, and Strawberry Syrup.
