"Good Food" by Roots Radicals is a low-waste, high-impact catering service that combines culinary excellence with a commitment to sustainability.

Our low-waste, high-impact approach extends beyond the kitchen: with every Catering service we do, we supply our clients with an impact report to share what’s behind the taste of the food we provide. This report includes the names of our suppliers, the origin of our ingredients, the amount of KG of rescued food used for the event, the Kg CO2 emissions, and other relevant information related to our mission and vision as a business.

We are dedicated to reducing our environmental footprint by choosing suppliers that work with bio rescued fruits & vegetables & with local suppliers, minimising single-use plastics, and implementing innovative waste reduction strategies such as “Closing Loops". In fact, we strive to produce zero food waste, repurposing surplus ingredients and embracing creative cooking techniques to make the most of every resource or event creating "Terra Preta" compost out of our bio waste together with our neighbours and friends from Dycle.
