MailPoet newsletter & emails

If you have subscribed to our newsletter or if you are a member of our website (you can log in) or if you have purchased on our website, there is a good chance you will receive emails from us. We will only send you emails which you have signed up to receive, or which pertain to the services we provided to you. To send you emails, we use the name and email address you provide us. Our site also logs the IP address you used when you signed up for the service to prevent abuse of the system. This website can send emails through the MailPoet sending service. This service allows us to track opens and clicks on our emails. We use this information to improve the content of our newsletters. No identifiable information is otherwise tracked outside this website except for the email address. MailPoet creates and stores two cookies if you are using WooCommerce and MailPoet together. Those cookies are: Cookie name: mailpoet_revenue_tracking Cookie expiry: 14 days. Cookie description: The purpose of this cookie is to track which newsletter sent from your website has acquired a click-through and a subsequent purchase in your WooCommerce store. LearnDash LMS

What we collect and store

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide email address. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to: --Send you information about your account and order --Create your account for our LMS If you register a free account then we will store your email address. We store information about you for as long as your account exists. We store course progress, including completion status, quiz scores, assignments and/or essay submissions (if applicable). We will also store comments on courses, lessons, topics, assignments, and essays if you choose to leave them.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Group Leaders can access: --Order information such as your enrolled courses, course progress and username / email address. Any additional information added in your WordPress User Profile can also be visible to the administrator(s).

What we share with others

What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Jar Deposits 'Pfand'

  • All products include a €0.25 jar deposit, a.k.a ‘Pfand’ in Germany. We are happy to receive only clean jars back on Fridays and Saturdays.
    • On Fridays at our kitchen on Schreinerstraße 60, 10247 Berlin.
    • On Saturdays at our stand at Markthalle Neun on Eisenbahnstraße 42/43, 10997 Berlin.

Shipping Methods

  • For orders placed by Thursdays at 10:00 am, deliveries are fulfilled on the next Friday. If an order is placed after Thursdays at 10:00 am or on Fridays, it will be ready for pick-up or delivery the following Friday, one week later.
  • Deliveries for purchases below €60 are subject to a flat €6 delivery fee.
  • Free delivery for purchases of €60 or more.
  • No delivery fee for local pick-ups:
    • Fridays at our kitchen on Schreinerstraße 60, 10247 Berlin.
    • Saturdays at our stand at Markthalle Neun on Eisenbahnstraße 42/43, 10997 Berlin.

Currently delivering only within Berlin, Germany, to addresses in the range of the following postal codes: 10000…10999, 12000…12999, 13000…13999, 14000…14999.
