This product is a great example of circularity in action. Green tomatoes are combined with the pulp from our jalapeno hot sauce to create a vibrant and zesty pickle with a spicy edge. The flavour is bold with a garlicky finish. Green tomatoes keep firm while they ferment resulting in a really juicy pickle that is easy to slice and dice for use in dips, sauces, sandwiches or just to eat by itself.

Roots Radicals is a zero waste, circular economy food company. This product was made using 60% upcycled ingredients such as our leftover jalapeño flakes. Additionally, it was made using 100% rescued unripe tomatoes from Brandenburg.
