Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

Please note that this right may not apply to certain food products, including goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed.

To request a return or withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at shop@rootsradicals.berlin.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, spoiled, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@rootsradicals.berlin. If possible, please include your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
